Meet Aaliyah D. Williams, the founder of Clarity Health Co.
Before building Clarity Health Co., Aaliyah spent ten years working in clinical healthcare settings, including private podiatry practice. During that time, she saw how much communication shapes the patient experience and how often unclear messaging creates extra work for both patients and practice teams.
A patient may call three times because the instructions were unclear. A front desk team may spend extra time answering questions that could have been addressed through better patient education. A provider may assume the patient understood, while the patient leaves still unsure of what to do next.
Those moments matter.
They affect patient trust, staff workload, retention, reviews, referrals, and the overall experience of care.
Today, Aaliyah uses her clinical background, health communication education, and content strategy experience to help specialty practices market their services in a way patients can actually understand.
Her work sits at the intersection of healthcare marketing, patient education, health literacy, messaging, and patient experience.
Through Clarity Health Co., she helps practices create clearer website messaging, strategic content, email marketing, service-based campaigns, and patient-facing materials that build trust before and after the appointment.
